Welcome to Celeste ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using Celeste, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Access Codes and Payments

Access to the Celeste Platform requires the purchase of an Access Code from authorized merchants. You acknowledge that:

  • Access Codes are digital goods and are non-refundable once used or revealed.
  • You are solely responsible for purchasing codes from the verified merchants listed on our website. We are not liable for codes purchased from unauthorized third parties.
  • Prices for membership packages (Euro Max, Euro Lite) are subject to change without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
  • Uploading invalid or fraudulent proof of tasks (e.g., fake screenshots for TikTok/Telegram engagement).
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or user.

6. Earnings and Withdrawals

While Celeste provides opportunities to earn rewards through social engagement, we do not guarantee any specific income level. Earnings depend entirely on user participation and adherence to task guidelines. Withdrawals are processed according to the schedule defined in the user dashboard and are subject to minimum threshold requirements.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Celeste, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
